Advanced Baking Camp
From pastries and pies to fillings and frostings, students will explore the importance of: local ingredients, scratch cooking and natural preservatives, while discussing the science of baking and the roles ingredients play in making our baked goods. While our confections are cooking, we will practice dough kneading, rolling, and forming and play with different frosting tips and decorating techniques. Make your cake and eat it too! We end the week by making a small cake to take home and share with your family!
**Students taking advanced baking should have taken a previous baking class and need a strong understanding of measurements and how to follow a recipe.

- Dates: July 11th - 15th
- Time: 1pm - 4pm
**Parent drop off is between 12:45pm - 1:10pm. Parent pick up is between 4pm - 4:20pm
