Spring Break Dinner Camp 4/14 - 4/18 (Grades 2nd -8th)
Student's bring home dinner all week!!
Each day, students learn basic cooking skills while making dinner for their family! Students will create delicious dishes focusing on the importance of local ingredients, scratch cooking, and natural preservatives while practicing knife skills and kitchen safety.
Along with their entree, they will make a different side dish each day!
Please note that we offer vegetarian options upon request during registration. All our meals are nut free but for all other allergies or dietary restrictions please contact us directly via email before registering.
Our hands-on cooking classes are fun, and delicious, and are a wonderful way to develop enthusiasm for the family meal. Each entrée will serve 4 to 6 and will be packaged in oven-ready cookware with baking instructions.
- For: Grades 2nd - 8th
- Dates: Apr 14th - 18th
- Time: 1pm - 4:30pm
**Parent drop off is between 12:45pm - 1:10pm. Parent pick up is between 4:30pm - 4:45pm
Menu: (this series uses, soy, dairy, eggs, gluten, sesame, and wheat)
- Neapolitan Pizza and Salad!
- Asian, Vietnamese salad rolls, Chinese dumplings, Korean cucumbers
- Mediterranean, Falafel, Tzatziki, and Flat bread
- Pasta and red sauce all from scratch!
- TBD!
Allergies: We’re unable to provide gluten free or dairy free classes.
Students work together to make one large pot of class sauce that is divided among the students therefore substitutions are not an option.
We always offer vegetarian options however for any other dietary restrictions, please email us directly before registering.
Food Safety and cooking your meals.
- All meals must be refrigerated or cooked within 30-minutes of the class ending. (going to other activities, running errands, or leaving the food at room temperature past the 30-minutes run the risk of getting a foodborne illness.)
- All meals should be consumed within 24 hours or frozen.
- All cooked meals should be cooked thoroughly and reach the internal temperature of at least 165 °F

From scones and muffins to mini tarts and hand made jam, students make and personalize small batches of baked goods that they can enjoy in class! We will learn the importance of measurements, the fundamentals of baking, and how to follow recipes.
While our food is cooking, we will step out of the kitchen and create fun art! Like building graham cracker gnome/fairy houses with edible clay decorations! We will end the week with a big Tea Party!
- For: Grades 1st - 5th
- Dates: June 30th - July 3rd (no class on 7/4)
- Time: 9am - 3pm
For lunch we will walk to one of the near by parks!

In this class we will explore a variety of sweet and savory breads including our famous Rainbow Pretzels! Students make and personalize small batches of baked goods that they can enjoy in class! We will learn the importance of measurements, the fundamentals of baking, and how to follow recipes.
Students will learn how to make natural dyes from different food and utilize them in a variety of dye based art and food projects.
- For: Grades 1st - 5th

Advanced Baking Camp Italian Week plus Friday Dinner!
This week we will explore the world of Pastries! Each day we will make and personalize small batches of Italian classics like Focaccia, pasta, Tiramisu, and even Pizza!!!
Students will explore the importance of local ingredients, scratch baking, and natural preservatives, while discussing the science of baking and the roles ingredients play in making our baked goods. While our confections are cooking, we will practice dough kneading, rolling, and forming and playing with different baking techniques. We will end the week by making a Italian side salad and a 16 inch Pizza to finish baking at home for Dinner!
**Students taking advanced baking should have taken a previous baking class or cooking and need a strong understanding of measurements and how to follow a recipe.

This week we will explore the world of Pastries! Each day we will make and personalize small batches of baked goods!
Students will explore the importance of local ingredients, scratch baking, and natural preservatives, while discussing the science of baking and the roles ingredients play in making our baked goods. While our confections are cooking, we will practice dough kneading, rolling, and forming and playing with different baking techniques. We will end the week by making a 9 inch Fruit Tart to take home and share with your family!
**Students taking advanced baking should have taken a previous baking class or cooking and need a strong understanding of measurements and how to follow a recipe.

Advanced Baking Camp
From jelly rolls and mini tiramisu to fillings and frostings, students will explore the world of cake, scratch baking, and natural preservatives, while discussing the science of baking and the roles ingredients play in making our baked goods. While our confections are cooking, we will practice dough kneading, rolling, and forming and playing with different frosting tips and decorating techniques. Make your cake and eat it too! We will end the week by making a small 6 inch cake to take home and share with your family!
**Students taking advanced baking should have taken a previous baking class or cooking and need a strong understanding of measurements and how to follow a recipe.
- For: Grades 3rd - 7th
- Dates: Aug 11 - 15th
- Time: 1pm - 4pm

Class Cancellation due to Low Enrollment - Full Refund
Student Tuition is refundable as follows:
There is a $25 non-refundable registration and processing fee on all camps and classes.
- Cancellations received two weeks prior to class start date will receive a full refund. (minus registration, processing, or school fees)
- Cancellations received one week prior to class start date will receive a 50% refund. (minus registration, processing, or school fees)
- Cancellations received the week of class start date will not receive a refund. (minus registration, processing, or school fees)
- There are no refunds or make up days for students that miss a day of camp or class. Due to our linear approach to cooking, a friend or sibling cannot replace an absent student.
