In this series we will explore the world of pasta!! Each week we will make personalize small batches of fresh pasta and sauce from scratch!
You do not need a pasta machine to make fresh, homemade, hand-cut pasta! In this class, we will explore several shaping techniques using a variety of tools for forming our pasta! We will make a fresh, nut-free pesto using a classic mortar and pestle. We will end class with a family-style dinner to enjoy our hard work together!
