In this series we will explore the world of pasta!! Each week we will make personalize small batches of fresh pasta and sauce from scratch!
In this class, you will learn how to make a classic pasta dough, including essential kneading and rolling techniques. You'll use it to create ravioli stuffed with a ricotta and parmesan cheese filling, served with a flavorful roasted red sauce. We will end class with a family-style dinner to enjoy our hard work together!
