In this series we will explore the world of pasta!! Each week we will make personalize small batches of fresh pasta and sauce from scratch!
In this class, we will make pillowy dumplings from potatoes and flour. We will master browning and frying sage and butter to perfection, as well as learn when to add pasta water to keep the sauce from splitting. Finally, we will end the class with a family-style dinner to enjoy our hard work together.
