Our Basics of Brunch series could be a great choice for you and your budding culinary artist. In this series we’ll explore the basics of cooking through a variety of brunch meals, from fruit salad to homemade muffins with jam. Participants will work on staying safe in the kitchen, basic knife cuts, accurate measurements, and many other skills throughout the series. After completing this series, pairs can move on to the next in our selection of preschool level classes to continue developing their culinary skillset.

In this series we will explore the world of pasta!! Each week we will make personalize small batches of fresh pasta and sauce from scratch!

4/13 - 4/17 Advanced Baking Camp - Cake Week! (5th-8th)
Spring Break Camp! Grades 5th - 9th
From pound cakes and cheese cakes to fillings and frostings, students will explore the world of cake, scratch baking, and natural preservatives, while discussing the science of baking and the roles ingredients play in making our baked goods. While our confections are cooking, we will practice dough kneading, rolling, and forming and playing with different frosting tips and decorating techniques. Make your cake and eat it too! We will end the week by making a small 6 inch cake to take home and share with your family!
**Students taking advanced baking should have taken a previous baking class or cooking and need a strong understanding of measurements and how to follow a recipe.

Who doesn’t love a cozy bowl of soup on these chilly fall days? We’re excited to continue learning about food with you and your little one! In this series we will expand on skills learned in our Brunch Basics (Littles 101) series to create delicious soups and accompaniments. 4/13 - 4/17 Advanced Baking Camp - Cake Week! (5th-8th)
Spring Break Camp! Grades 5th - 9th
From pound cakes and cheese cakes to fillings and frostings, students will explore the world of cake, scratch baking, and natural preservatives, while discussing the science of baking and the roles ingredients play in making our baked goods. While our confections are cooking, we will practice dough kneading, rolling, and forming and playing with different frosting tips and decorating techniques. Make your cake and eat it too! We will end the week by making a small 6 inch cake to take home and share with your family!
**Students taking advanced baking should have taken a previous baking class or cooking and need a strong understanding of measurements and how to follow a recipe.

All-Day Art & Baking Camp: Holiday Gift Market 12/22 - 12/24 (Grades 1st-5th)
9am - 3pm From mini Yule Logs to sugar cookies , each day students will make a personalize small batches of baked goods that they can share with their family! We will learn the importance of measurements, the fundamentals of baking, and how to follow recipes.
While our food is cooking, we will step out of the kitchen and create a variaty of fun gifts for our friends and family!

- Dates: Dec 22nd - 24th (no class on 12/25 or 12/26)
- Time: 9am - 3pm
For lunch we will walk to one of the near by parks!

All-Day Art & Baking Camp: Cozy Cabin Camp 12/29 - 12/31 (Grades 1st-5th)
9am - 3pm From pastries to pies each day students will make a personalize small batches of baked goods that they can share with their family! We will learn the importance of measurements, the fundamentals of baking, and how to follow recipes.
While our food is cooking, we will step out of the kitchen and create graham cracker cabins and a winter wonderland with edible clay and candies!

- Dates: Dec 29th - 31st (no class on 1/1 or 1/2)
- Time: 9am - 3pm

Chimichurri Chicken Bean Salad (Ages 18+)

This chimichurri chicken salad is packed with bright, bold flavors. In this class you will learn to make authentic Argentinian chimichurri sauce from scratch, then use it to marinate and cook juicy chicken. We'll pair the chicken with a hearty mix of beans, fresh vegetables, and herbs to create a salad perfect for easy weeknight dinners or meal preps. Along the way, we'll talk about balancing flavors, knife skills, and tips for building salads that feel like a full meal.

Chili: During the class, we will begin by preparing a basic mirepoix and incorporating tomato sauce, beans, vegetables, and beef. Participants will have the opportunity to adjust the spiciness by creating their customized chili spice blend. Additionally, while preparing the cornbread, we will cover the basics of batter breads.

Masala Stew - Participants will create a flavorful stew featuring chickpeas and cauliflower, combined with a mixture of spices, coconut milk, and fresh ginger. In addition, a simple flatbread recipe will be taught. (VG)

Autumn Minestrone w/ pasta (Ages 18+)

Autumn Minestrone: In this class, participants will begin with preparing a mirepoix foundation, subsequently incorporating kidney beans, and seasonal vegetables such as Yukon gold potatoes, butternut squash, and kale. Despite being vegetarian, this soup is remarkably hearty and satisfying. We will even make hand cut pasta! (VG, DF)

Class Cancellation due to Low Enrollment - Full Refund
Student Tuition is refundable as follows:
There is a $25 non-refundable registration and processing fee on all camps and classes.
- Cancellations received two weeks prior to class start date will receive a full refund. (minus registration, processing, or school fees)
- Cancellations received one week prior to class start date will receive a 50% refund. (minus registration, processing, or school fees)
- Cancellations received the week of class start date will not receive a refund. (minus registration, processing, or school fees)
- There are no refunds or make up days for students that miss a day of camp or class. Due to our linear approach to cooking, a friend or sibling cannot replace an absent student.
