BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES!

Party Details
  • Birthday parties are 3 hours long and can be scheduled between 11am – 7pm
  • Parties are for kids in grades 1st through 8th.
  • Parties during the summer are only available on Sundays. Some Saturdays are available during the school year.
  • The host family can arrive 15 minutes before the party begins to add any additional Décor.
  • Party packages start at $750. A non-refundable $250 deposit is needed to secure your party time and date, and will be applied to your purchase.
  • Birthday packages are for 8 kids, including the birthday child. Additional kids can be added for $75 per kid with a maximum of 12 kids.
  • Our parties are drop-off parties, but parents are welcome to stay and linger. Our maximum capacity, including parents, is 14.
  • The cooking portion of the class takes place upstairs in our teaching kitchen. We will eat and party downstairs however, we can work with you to meet some accessibility accommodations but will need 2 weeks notice to make modifications to our space. Please note that modifications may limit the number of kids at the party.

We are happy to work with you, to modify our parties to meet dietary or allergy needs. There will be an additional $60 charge for specialty ingredients that will need to be purchased. We need at least 3 weeks’ notice to make these changes to our program.

Parties include:
  • Set-up and clean-up
  • Our kitchens will be decorated for whichever color theme you select, including a birthday banner, tablecloths, streamers and more! 
  • Photo backdrop with props and a birthday banner for parents to take pictures when they drop off and pick up.
  • Plates, cups, napkins, and utensils.
  • Please note parties don't include a cake, parents are welcome to bring and serve a cake. We will provide plates and utensils and a knife but the parent will need to cut and serve the cake.
 
Party Themes:
Pizza Party
  • We will make dough, our own sauce, and bake mini personalized pizzas!
  • Side Salad with handmade dressing
  • Mini Ice Cream Float Flight (Pick between three types of ice cream and 3 different sodas to make your own fun soda float!)
Tea Party 
  • Finger Sandwich bar (kids can build their own finger sandwiches and cut them into fun designs
  • Scones /w jam (Each person makes their own customized batch of 4 scones. One to enjoy during tea and three to take home!)
  • Fruit tarts (We will make a no-bake mini fruit tart that will be served during tea.
  • Tea tasting (While our scones bake, we will sample several types of tea and make a custom tea blend to have during tea time!
Brunch
  • Fruit Salad
  • Mini quiche
  • Cinnamon Rolls
 
ADD-ONS: 
  • Button Making: $50
  • Cupcake decorating (adds 30-minutes to the party time) $200
  
Interested in having our Dinner Club as your party option? Wherein each kid goes home with an entree to share with their family?
  • $850 includes all the meals and cupcake decorating for each student.
  • All parties must end by 5pm in order for families to have the time to cook their meal at home.
  • *$150 discount if you do choose to do the dinner menu that we are teaching that week. Email for details.​

Bring RDDC to you home birthday party:
  • Cupcake decorating 60-minutes for the activity $600 (covers 8-14 kids)
    • ​we need access to the room 45-minutes before the activity for setting up and 40 minutes after for cleaning up.
    • Includes drawing supplies, 1 or 2 types of cupcakes. 2 frosting base colors, 6 additional colors of frosting, 6 types of sprinkles/candies.
    • During the activity we will practice with different piping tips and draw out our plan on paper.
    • Add Fondant (edible clay) to the party for $200! (this will add 45-minutes to the activity and includes fondant and tools)


Deposits & Refund Policy

  • All parties require a deposit of $250 to secure your party time and date. Once all of the details of your party are finalized, a link to complete your party package will be sent to you to complete prior to the party.
  • All party guests must sign our Release of Liability. This will be sent to you when you book a party.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you cancel a party and do not reschedule, your deposit is non-refundable. Due to unforeseen issues with our facility (i.e. power outage) or weather & community-related closures, we will apply a credit for your class or party and can help you reschedule at your convenience.
  • Rescheduling Fee: If you need to rebook a birthday party, we are happy to do that for you and will work with you to find an available time that fits your schedule. There is a $100 Rebooking Fee to rebook birthday parties.
